Another Note on Rules of Engagement

Participants from the Rules of Engagement session are now meeting to debrief with psychologists to try and prevent any harm coming to them. This word is from Scott Camil who says he wishes this would have been done at WInter Soldier 1, but is happy they are doing it now.
