#6 Arbitrarily detain and release citizens
#7 Target key individuals
#9 Cast criticism as 'espionage' and dissent as 'treason'
#10 subvert the rule of law
These abuses are part of the reason people will be marching in St Paul on Sept. 1st. It's time to stand up for our existing freedoms, before they are taken away by would-be dictators."
